• The borrowing capacity an adjustment WRITES, the one copy of BorrowerOperations.sol:879-899 (MK-242).

_adjustTrove touches the stored capacity only when collateral decreases, the branch guarded by !vars.isCollIncrease && vars.collChange > 0 (:880), and then stores min(current, _calculateMaxBorrowingCapacity(newColl, price)) (:881-898). A collateral increase is never that branch, so adding collateral back does not restore capacity a withdrawal removed: only a refinance writes it upward (:1077-1084, MK-101).

collateralDecreases is the contract's condition as the SDK's legs express it: a withdrawal with no collateral added. An adjustment with both legs is refused before it reaches :880 (_requireSingularCollChange, :788), so it has no resulting capacity to report.
