The Trove cannot be closed because it is the LAST one in the system (MK-074, MK-091).
BorrowerOperations._closeTrove finishes by calling troveManager.closeTrove
(BorrowerOperations.sol:976), which reaches TroveManager._closeTrove:1390-1399. There,
gated on the same musdToken.mintList(borrowerOperations) flag as the Recovery Mode and TCR
checks, it requires TroveOwners.length > 1 && sortedTroves.getSize() > 1
(TroveManager.sol:1488-1496) and reverts with "TroveManager: Only one trove in the system".
There is no smaller close that works and nothing the owner can do alone. The condition is
a property of the system, not of the position: it clears when somebody else opens a Trove.
previewClose reports it as LAST_TROVE_IN_SYSTEM with the two counts behind it.
