An addresses override entry that cannot be a contract address (MK-009).

Thrown for an unknown contract key, a value that is not a valid EVM address, and for the zero address specifically. Zero is called out separately because it is the value a partially initialized config produces, and it is the one wrong address that will not announce itself: reads against it return empty data rather than reverting with a reason.
